At any given time we have 1 or more pigs in the paddock (except right now as we have 3 in our freezer!) Pigs were our first go at raising our own meat and we have clearly become addicted as we have just “graduated” numbers 3 & 4 – note the “no-name policy” we have for our meat animals! They are easy to take care of and grow from our scraps – nothing goes to waste!
